A great loss - BIG tv website and number not working

BIG TV website is not working. I tried to open it several times, but it does not open. Whats the matter.

BIG tv will have great fall because of it.

When it opened several days back i saw a phone number there which was written as toll free, but it is not valid.

Have you tried it.

Please don't blame any one with out proper reason .If you get any problem with them you should contact the company's executives or any professional or Send a query to Online forums . Because of one reason you could not blame them.
