MTNL cuts broadband charges

MTNL is providing broadband services, which would lower the rent of another tariff plan by 34%.

In New Delhi, MTNL Broadband services reduced the charges up to 50% for the users. Due to the decreasing rates in the broadband services, the public sector telecom major is planning to charge a monthly rent of only Rs 99 per 150mb of free download.

The internet lovers will also have a scheme of paying only Rs 149 with free download of 400mb and all this would be applicable from the of August 15th.

Form September 1, MTNL would also decrease the monthly rental of another tariff plan by 34 percent to Rs 599 from Rs899. Executive Director-Delhi, reported, “MTNL, which has 2.6 lakh broadband customers in Delhi, plans to attract more customers with this reduction”.

Due to increase of competition, MTNL would also provide the exclusive service of Mobile TV. The customers in Delhi and the NCR for MTNL would get the mobile T.V service for both Dolphin and Trump. Arora aldo reported that a monthly payment of Rs99, the customers would get an access to 20 channels.
