Bollywood star Aamir Khan would be seen in a new role in the new TVC of Tata Sky. The film is telecasted across major channels from August 25. The film is based on the concept of Rediffusion DYR. Ramanuj Shastry acted as the creative director for the film. The film is produced by Aamir Khan Productions and directed by Neeraj Vora.
The dialogues are written by Rediffusion, Vora and Khan himself. The TVC represents the brabd name of TATA and its world-class technology. Amir Khan has played a duel role of bride and groom at the wedding night. He is dressed in a comic dress of half groom and half bride in the 70 sec ad by TATA Sky.
The chief marketing officer of TATA Sky, Vikram Mehra said Amir Khan is a brand name in itself. He is considered for the ad for his innovation, expertise, leadership and excellence in performance. Tata is a leading DTH service provider in the market. It has added a customer base of more than 2 million within short time of its launch.
According to Mr. Mehra , TATA is also planning to start a PVR (personal video recorder) service. The company has already allocated Rs 10 crore for this service.
